- How do I join a game?
- Go to Play and type the code shown on the venue's screen, or scan its QR code. You need a free 3rdSpace account to play.
- Who handles tickets and refunds?
- The venue. Tickets on 3rdSpace are free for now. For a booking with a deposit, you pay the deposit to the venue, plus the 3rdSpace Service Charge. The 3rdSpace Service Charge is not refundable. Refunds of the deposit are the venue's call, but never less than the cancellation policy you saw before paying, and if the venue cancels you get back everything you paid it, unless you choose something else it offers, like a new date. Ask the venue first; if you can't reach them about a refund, write to us below.
- How do I change a booking?
- The venue makes changes. Reply to your booking confirmation, or contact the venue directly.
- How do I manage my account or delete my data?
- Sign in and open Me for your details, plans and settings. To ask us to delete your account and the data we hold, use Delete my data.
